Dear Annuity Loan Applicant:
In regards to your loan application: Just a reminder, if
an installment remains unpaid for three (3) months after its
due date and throughout the entire loan, the loan shall be
deemed to be in default. In such event the entire unpaid balance
shall become due at the date you are notified. If you do not
send the payment at the time you are notified your load will
default. If your loan defaults you will not be eligible to
receive future loans unless you pay the loan in full plus
any accrued interest up to date in one lump sum payment. Please
keep your address current with us in order to receive the
payment coupon from Putnam Investments.
